Founded in 2004, Innovative Code And Design is based near Atlanta, Georgia and provides a wide array of web, mobile and desktop software development services and products. Started by Chris Douglass, the company mission is to provide quality software products and solutions for its customers. With 15 years of software development experience, Mr. Douglass provides a strong background in retail and enterprise software application development.
Our Background
Innovative Code & Design was formed to deliver high-quality GUI-based software
design and development services. We have worked on projects with large
corporations such as AT&T Wireless and UPS, as well as with many smaller clients
and projects over the past few years. We bring a skilled design and
development team to each project while keeping costs as low as possible for
both oursleves and our clients.
Distributed Team Means Lower Costs
As a geographically distributed workforce, the cost savings realized by reducing
our overhead and eliminating traditional office and meeting spaces, translate
directly into lower costs for our customers and our own product development.
We utilize several key technologies in bringing reliable communications to our
clients such as Skype instant messaging and GotoMeeting conferencing solutions
for both small and large meetings.

Mr. Douglass has 15 years of commercial (COTS) and enterprise software development experience. Focused mostly now on the Adobe Flash Platform, Mr. Douglass has served as architect and developer on large Flex projects including UPS Business Solutions:

Shane Claggett, PhD
CTO
Shane Claggett brings an advanced science and software engineering background to ICD. After completing his doctorate at the University of Florida in biochemistry, Dr. Claggett developed a bioinformatics software package for the distributed analysis of massively parallel DNA sequencing datasets. With a strong background in software design and development and a particular focus on Adobe technologies and cross-platform C++, Dr. Claggett guides all technology and development services offered by ICD.
